The puzzle quality can vary wildly but overall it's good. There is a forum full of hints for every room, which helps a lot. Also there's a LOT of content.Considering the hint forum, I don't think you really have to play previous DROD games to get through this one. It would sure help though.. Don't buy on a mac - a few levels in, the game crashes outright.Apparently this was fixed for windows in late 2016, but there's no sign of a mac patch.. Drizzlepath: Deja Vu is Out Now!: The game is "almost" a remake of the original Drizzlepath from 2015. Again it is relaxing, except some surprising bits of course. ;)In Drizzlepath: Deja Vu you don't interact with the objects with a button, but events are automatically triggeed by exploring.Since it is a spiritual revisitation of the original game, there are many references to it as well as to my other games, but one can enjoy this without having played my previous titles.Hope you like it, and as always Game On! Tonguç. Major Update: I just made some fixes and added a couple features for Drizzlepath: Genie. So let's take a look at what's new: There is a new mode in the game called Gothic Vision. Toggled by G button on the keyboard or left bumper on the gamepad, the game will be black & white with much more grain and higher contrast and vignette effect. Some of you may like to toggle that especially just before taking screenshots in certain locations of the game world. I have added some screenshots from that mode to the game's gallery on the store page. Note that you can toggle it while you have the control in the game and not while watching the cutscenes that are at the beginning and the ending of the game. Below are some comparison examples. Many of you were complaining about the difficulty of the jumping parts of the game. Now those parts are easy peasy and nothing can take you away from your relaxing mode! Some players requested invert mouse feature so I also set a key for that. While in game just press I key and the mouse will be inverted. I made a fix on a little part of the game world's landscape paint. The Controls screen that you view by clicking Controls in the ingame menu is updated with additional keys and a new design. Finally I got report that while in the ending scene sometimes the illustration does not appear, and I also fixed that issue by editing some scripts.As you see there are plenty of changes in the game that we can call it a major update. With the new version, after you finish the game with the both paths (having v1.4.0 downloaded), a new mode will unlock in the main menu, called "Ride the Dragon". It is a short experience that gives you a little tour of some areas of the game world on a dragon. You do not actually control where the dragon goes to but while flying you can freely look around. I also got feedback about some technical issues and try to solve them as fast as I can.A new patch will be uploaded as soon as it will contain multiple impovements; A new visual mode will be in the game called Gothic Vision. You will be able to toggle it by hitting G on keyboard or left bumper on the gamepad. The vision will be black & white with much more grain and higher contrast. So you won't have to install a third party software to get this alternate look. Below are some comparison examples. I will add a key for the game to toogle mouse invert. Some players requested this feature. The jumping parts will be a little less difficult for you to pass. I will also try to minimize the issues with characters getting stuck between objects. For now, in case you experience that kind of thing, whenever you hit "Last Checkpoint" from the ingame menu, you can create a new checkpoint that you can reload, so do that whenever you feel its necessary before wandering of exploring (Without going to ingame menu as it resets the checkpoints).I am currently working on what I listed above and hope all of it will make it into the patch which should be ready as soon as possible.
